  • 170 grams (3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons) Caster sugar
  • 3 Large eggs, lightly whisked

  • 170 grams (1 1/2 cups – 1 tablespoon) Self raising flour
  • Pinch of Maldon sea salt
  • 200 grams (1 1/2 cups) Icing sugar, sifted
  • 70 grams ( 1/3 cup) Unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla extract
  • Milk
  • Cherry Jam
