4 Ingredients 2 tsp rapeseed oil 1 large onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 500g lean minced lamb 1 tsp dried mixed herbs 1 tbsp plain flour 300ml/lamb or vegetable stock 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 900g potatoes for the mash (I prefer to use Maris piper or King Edwards) 4 tbsp milk 25g butter 50g cheddar cheese (optional) salt and freshly ground black pepper Instructions Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion and garlic until softened
