Chicken Vindaloo

Goes well with steamed rice or any Indian Breads. Adjust the consistency of the gravy by simmering. Chicken - 1 kgSalt to tasteTurmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoonVinegar - 3 table spoon. Clean and cut the chicken into 2 inch pieces  and  apply salt and set aside for 30 minutes. Add salt marinated chicken, grounded masala  and ½  cup of water, cook covered till done, for like 30 minutes
