* No Bake Lime Cheesecake

A whisk and bowl/Kenwood chef/Kitchen Aid. Melt the butter and syrup together, either in a saucepan on a gentle heat - or nuke it in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Melt the chocolate on a medium power level in your microwave for about 1 minute (or use the old fashioned bowl over a sauce pan of simmering water method) and drizzle over the top of the cheesecake - chill for another hour (at least)

Kitchen Craft Wahl - James Martin Digital scales, Kenwood handheld electric mixer, Kitchen Craft Flexible Rubber Spatula, Professional 50cm Icing and Food Piping Bag, 3 x Master Class Non Sitck Baking Pan or Kitchen Craft Does it Sweetly Silicone Macaroon Baking Sheet, medium sieve, large mixing bowl, small glass. Stir constantly in the middle with a wooden spoon until smooth (our chocolate wouldn't melt so we popped the bowl with the mixture into the microwave for about 30 seconds and it melted perfectly)
