We had a mild vegetarian bhuna, a medium-hot lamb pathia and a hot chicken madras. The bhuna was delicious and rich with chickpeas, I confess I didn’t try the pathia (I won’t eat baby anything if I can help it – I’d have tried it if it was hoggett or mutton) and the madras was gorgeous
