Cauliflower pizza

Low carb health alternative Ingredients 1 small cauliflower head (~700g)Seasonings. -1/4 tsp salt - black pepper - 1/4 tsp chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp oregano - 1/2 tsp basil - Parmesan - 1/4 mozzeralla ball Toppings of your choice Method - preheat your oven to 190C and warm your pizza stones - chop and wash the cauliflower - blitz it in a food processor until and blitz until a cauliflower snow is formed - remove and place in a microwaveable bowl - microwave for 4 minutes (this is a bit smelly)- remove and allow to cool- empty the mix onto a clean tea towel and wring out as much water as possible (the more water you squeeze out the less crumbly your dough will be) - return to a bowl and add your seasonings - place on a well oiled grease proof paper and roll out- place I a pizza stone and bake for 8 mins - remove and top with your choice of ingredients - return to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes Enjoy 1/4 tsp salt
