Place filo sheets on to a lightly floured surface and cut unto 4-inch squares. Put 1 dessert spoon into the centre of each of the filo squares and pull up the sides. 100g raw prawns (diced)

Prawn and Fennel filo parcels recipe. Now add a third of  the prawn mixture into the centre (or less if the filo sheets are small) and oil the outer parts of the filo sheets
