Slimming World Recipe:- Chicken Fried Rice, Curry Sauce & Crispy Seaweed

I discovered an amazing Slimming World friendly recipe from Natalie at One Busy WAHM. Curry Sauce. 6 mushrooms, sliced. 1 tbsp curry powder. Add the ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes, then add the curry powder and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, bean sprouts, mushrooms and most of the spring onion and cook for 2 minutes or until the eggs have set. 6 mushrooms. 1 tbsp curry powder

I suppose I should be grateful, at least the boiled rice is free on slimming world. If I was making it for just myself however, I think I would add some speed foods, carrots, broccoli, mangetout or mushrooms would all be good
