Slow Cooker Tomato & Basil Soup

Giving Lindsay a slow cooker cookbook for Xmas totally reignited my own love of slow cooking, so I decided to incorporate her soup recipe into a slow cooker dish, which I’d like to submit to Janice (from the delectable Farmersgirl Kitchen)’s Slow Cooker Challenge of January 2013, which is Soup themed. 1 x pint stock (I used 2 vegetable cubes)

Nutella Cranberry Crepe Cake . Bolo de Crepe com Nutella e Arandos Vermelhos

A big thank you to Ana and Gabriel from Da Nossa Cozinha blog for organising this super Xmas party. 4 Ingredients For the Crepes 1 cup (100gr) rice flour 1 cup (100gr) tapioca flour 2 eggs 1 cup (200 ml) rice milk For the Cranberry Jam 2 cups (200gr) fresh or frozen cranberries ½ cup (100gr) granulated sugar ½ cup (125ml) water For the Nutella 1 cup hazelnuts without skin ¼ cup cocoa powder 2 tablespoons vegetable margarine 3-4 tablespoons almond milk or other non-dairy milk of your choice 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 tablespoon brown sugar ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract Instructions For the Crepes Mix the flour and tapioca in a bowl. 2 tablespoons vegetable margarine
